Job summary

Penta Consulting in the UAE is seeking an Application Architect (Azure AI & Agentic AI) to lead enterprise AI transformations, architecting scalable and secure AI solutions and guiding the lifecycle of AI deployments across regulated environments.

The role requires strong Azure AI expertise, experience with Agentic AI and RAG-based workflows, and a deep understanding of governance, security, and observability to ensure compliant, reliable AI implementations at scale.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across the Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Agent Service).
• Proven experience designing Agentic AI solutions and autonomous workflows.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Architect Agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows.
• Define LLM Gateway and AI control plane architectures.
• Design MCP-based integrations and AI tool orchestration frameworks.
