Job Vacancy: General Manager – Real Estate Company (Dubai)
We are a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai seeking a visionary and result-driven General Manager to lead operations, manage client relationships, and accelerate growth across the Off-Plan, Secondary Market, and Leasing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified and certified Real Estate Agents for sales and leasing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong client database (CRM) ensuring repeat clients and long-term loyalty.
- Strategic Growth: Design and implement strategies to expand market share and increase company profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee full compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, RERA requirements, and UAE real estate laws.
- Performance Monitoring: Provide weekly and monthly reports directly to the CEO with detailed KPIs, sales updates, and performance metrics.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor activities, new project launches, and Dubai real estate trends.
- Platform Utilization: Leverage Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, and other property platforms to maximize exposure and sales.
- Developer Relations: Manage and grow relationships with all leading real estate developers in the UAE.
- Leadership & Culture: Lead by example, inspire employees, and maintain a positive and motivated work environment.
Full Support Structure Provided:
The General Manager will lead a company that is already fully equipped with:
- Marketing Team – full campaigns and brand development.
- Videographers & Content Creators – in-house production for property showcases.
- Admin Department – ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Accounting Department – financial management and compliance.
- Human Resources (HR) – handling recruitment and employee support.
- Real Estate Agents – certified team ready to perform.
- Engineers & Technical Team – support for technical property knowledge and project needs.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and RERA compliance.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in CRM systems, database building, and client retention strategies.
- Ability to analyze performance, produce professional reports, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 (depending on experience & performance).
