BE BABEL Dubai, part of Addmind Hospitality, seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a premium Lebanese concept on Palm Jumeirah. Native Arabic fluency and senior F&B leadership are essential to uphold exceptional service, guest experience, and financial performance.

You will oversee operations, develop high-performing teams, manage budgets, and drive growth across the venue, events, and partnerships in a dynamic, hospitality-forward environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of GM or senior F&B leadership experience.
• Native-level Arabic; strong Levantine hospitality knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume premium restaurants.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business/related field.
• Fluent English communication.

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and uphold brand standards.
• Lead and develop the management team; drive guest experience.
• Manage budgets, labour, stock, and GP KPIs.
