Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a General Manager for a Dubai-based F&B brand, responsible for overseeing multi-site operations and driving expansion across the city. The role requires hands-on leadership of store teams, P&L ownership, and development of scalable systems to support rapid growth.

Candidates should have 8+ years in F&B with at least 3 years in a managerial role, plus experience managing 4+ store managers and multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total F&B experience within café, QSR, beverage, hospitality or lifestyle concepts.
• 3 years minimum in a managerial role.
• Must have managed at least 4 Store Managers and multi-site operational teams.
• Hands-on SOP development & implementation, KPIs and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-site operations and commercial performance of all locations in Dubai.
• Lead brand growth and expansion, including site evaluation, new-store openings, and scalable systems.
• Take ownership of P&L, budgets, COGS, labor costs, wastage, operating expenses, and store productivity.
• Manage and develop Store Managers and operational teams, building SOPs, reporting structures, supplier processes, and a strong performance culture.
