Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a General Manager for a modern F&B brand in Dubai. You will lead multi-site operations across Dubai, drive brand growth and expansion, including site evaluation, new-store openings, and the development of scalable systems.

You will take ownership of P&L, budgets, COGS, labor costs, wastage, operating expenses, and store productivity. You will manage and develop Store Managers and operational teams, build SOPs, reporting structures, supplier processes, and a strong

Qualifications

• 8+ years total F&B experience in cafés, QSR, beverage, hospitality or lifestyle concepts.
• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Managed at least 4 Store Managers and multi-site teams.
• Hands-on SOP development & implementation, KPIs and scalable systems.
• Experience with new store openings from planning to launch.
