Job summary

Combuzz HR Solutions is seeking a General Manager – Engineering & Construction in Dubai to lead overall business operations, drive sustainable growth, and assume responsibility for revenue, profitability, and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering professional who has progressed into senior leadership with strong exposure to business management, contract negotiations, and P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering, construction, contracting, or related industry.
• Minimum 6 years in a senior management position such as General Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing P&L, revenue, profitability, and business operations.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience in project management and project controls.
• Proven business development and market expansion experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of HSE and quality requirements within engineering/construction environments.
