Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a General Manager Estates & Suites Enclave Butler Services to lead guest experience and operations for Enclave, an exclusive resort-within-a-resort, overseeing 92 units including Salon Suites, Estates, Apartments and Townhomes with Butler Services. This senior role requires 12+ years in ultra-luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and a background in F&B.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in ultra-luxury hospitality.
• Experience as Hotel Manager or General Manager.

• Proven leadership with coaching and inspiring teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office.
• Mandarin and Arabic language proficiency preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE Set to open in 2027 the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah The resort will offer 1 530 rooms and suites 22 restaurants lounges and bars a theater and a beach club It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools a five-star spa a salon a shopping promenade and a celebrations and events center

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a strong General Manager Estates amp Suites Enclave Butler Services strong to lead the guest experience and operations of Enclave our exclusive resort-within-a-resort

This senior leadership role will oversee strong 92 of the resort s finest accommodations comprising 66 Salon Suites 20 Estates 2 Apartments and 4 Townhomes with full oversight of Butler Services strong

Working closely with Food amp Beverage Gaming Private Access and other resort departments the General Manager will lead the delivery of highly personalized discreet and seamless experiences for our most distinguished guests The role will combine exceptional luxury service leadership with strong commercial and operational oversight ensuring Enclave delivers to Wynn Al Marjan Island and Forbes Travel Guide standards

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Enclave and Butler Services ensuring exceptional standards throughout the guest journey

Oversee the experience across the Salon Suites Estates Apartments and Townhomes anticipating guest preferences and delivering highly personalized service

Partner closely with Food amp Beverage and Culinary leadership to create bespoke private dining and signature luxury experiences for Enclave guests

Build strong partnerships with Gaming Private Access and resort departments to ensure seamless coordination of each guest s arrival stay and departure

Lead the recruitment development coaching and succession planning of the Enclave and Butler Services teams

Establish and maintain exceptional quality standards across service delivery team presentation and residence readiness

Drive guest satisfaction while maintaining Wynn Al Marjan Island and Forbes Travel Guide service standards

Own budgets revenue expenditure and workforce planning driving profitability and operational efficiency

Foster an engaged inclusive and high-performing team culture built on open communication collaboration and excellence

Monitor developments within the luxury hospitality market and identify opportunities to continuously elevate the Enclave and Butler Services experience

About You

Minimum 12 years of experience in ultra-luxury hospitality with current or recent experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager of a boutique luxury resort or hotel

Strong luxury Food amp Beverage background is essential

Experience leading Butler Services private residences or villa operations is highly desirable

Integrated resort experience including collaboration with Gaming and Private Access is preferred

Proven leadership capability with strong experience in developing coaching and inspiring high-performing teams

Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail grooming and etiquette

Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications

Multilingual capability is required proficiency in Mandarin and Arabic is preferred

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays according to business requirements
