Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar in Dubai seeks a General Manager to drive all operations across spaces, own revenue and P&L, and lead a large team to deliver uncompromising guest experiences.

You will protect and elevate the LPM brand, partner with culinary and bar leadership, and push for strong covers, VIP engagement, and standout hospitality while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in luxury hospitality and senior leadership roles.
• Proven P&L ownership and demonstrated commercial results.
• People‑first leadership style with strong team inspiration.
• Deep knowledge of premium French‑Mediterranean dining.
• Hands‑on and charismatic strategy with floor leadership.
• Hospitality degree; pre‑opening experience is a big plus.
