Reap HR Consultancy in Ajman is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a Property Management division. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure tenant satisfaction, and optimize operational performance in a growing organization based in Ajman.

The role requires strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving abilities with experience in property management and local regulations. UAE driving license and fluent English/Arabic are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Real Estate Management, or Civil Engineering.
• 25+ years of experience in property management or a related role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Proficiency with property management software and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
• UAE Driving License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management operations to ensure smooth functioning and policy compliance.
• Verify and monitor tenant payments; follow up on balances and implement rent collection.
• Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance and repairs.
• Develop strategies to optimize occupancy and minimize vacancies.

You will become part of a vibrant and expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of properties maintaining tenant satisfaction and optimizing operational performance. This role requires strong leadership financial management and problemsolving skills to handle tenant payments requests and propertyrelated issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daytoday property management operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
