Role Summary

An integral member of the team, line cook responsible to accurately and efficiently displays foodand final plate preparation including plating and presentation of cooked items including foodpreparation till final product through BWR standard for all menu item plates in the stores.

Essential Role Functions and responsibilities

This position has the responsibility to ensure the maintenance and adhere to BWR standards in all kitchenproduct, including the below duties and responsibilities:

• Attend and participate in the open or pre-shift meeting with the kitchen manager
• Maintain BWR standards and adhere to the uniform policies
• Report any 86 items to the direct manager
• Ensure your station are clean, stuffed and ready for operation
• Ensure your station follow BWR sanitation and hygiene standard and always clean
• Ensure you follow BWR personal hygiene
• Follow labeling process on all kitchen product and control the expire date for all product
• Ensure sanitizer packet on place
• Ensure using the right kitchen equipment for the right product
• Always follow up refilling the section fridge
• Ensure follow cook promises
• Ensure final product met BRW standard
• Ensure follow cooking and preparation procedure
• Follow BWR recipe for all menu items
• Ensure follow BWR plat presentation for all menu items
• Coordinate with Expo to ensure serve the kitchen product on time according BWR standard
• Ensure maintain all cooking equipment in good condition and clean during and after using it
• Ensure store food material in good condition and situation
• Ensure your section fridge, grills and fryers always clean and ready for operation
• Ensure report any complain and work incident and problem to your direct manager
• Maintain good relationship with your colleague
