Job summary

Cloudera is seeking an seasoned AI/ML leader in the UAE to build and scale full-stack AI applications and agentic systems for enterprise use cases. You will partner with key customers to move prototypes to production and advise on AI roadmaps and deployment strategies.

You will codify reference architectures, mentor teams, and collaborate with Product to improve the AI platform. Strong LLMOps, security, and governance focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production-grade systems experience.
• 2-3 years building Generative AI or agentic apps.
• Strong software engineering, data engineering, and applied AI/ML skills.
• Experience with foundation models, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Deep understanding of LLMOps/MLOps including evaluation and observability.
• Ability to design scalable AI architectures aligned with enterprise security and governance.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and prototype full-stack AI applications and agentic systems to solve enterprise use cases
• Partner with strategic customers to drive AI use cases from prototype to production readiness
• Advise customer leaders on AI roadmaps, prioritization, and deployment strategies
• Codify successful solution patterns into repeatable reference architectures and playbooks
• Mentor Cloudera teams and channel customer feedback to Product teams to improve the AI platform
