Job summary

Auxo Talent in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) is seeking hands-on AI Engineers to join a UAE-based permanent opportunity. You will work in a build-from-the-ground-up environment, translating real business problems from POC to production and scale.

You will contribute to production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, work with LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI, and own APIs, integrations, and orchestration. Collaboration with business stakeholders is essential to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python development skills with a systems mindset.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI and their integration into apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions from POC to production.
• Build and maintain AI APIs, integrations and orchestration across services.
• Design ML pipelines, MLOps processes and production deployment.
• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to deliver value.
