Job summary

Auxo Talent in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) is seeking hands-on AI Engineers to join a UAE-based permanent opportunity. You will work in a build-from-the-ground-up environment, translating real business problems from POC to production and scale.

You will contribute to production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, work with LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI, and own APIs, integrations, and orchestration. Collaboration with business stakeholders is essential to deliver measurable impact.

I'm partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a major AI transformation, and we're looking for hands-on AI Engineers to join their growing AI function.

This is a build-from-the-ground-up environment — taking real business problems from POC → Production → Scale.

What you'll work on

• Production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI & AI Agents
• AI APIs, integrations and orchestration
• ML pipelines, MLOps and production deployment
• Working directly with business and product stakeholders

We're looking for

• Strong Python development experience
• Proven experience taking AI/ML or GenAI solutions into production
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG or Agentic AI
• Strong understanding of APIs, system design and cloud platforms
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar
• A genuine engineering mindset — you build, deploy and own

Experience across Retail, Logistics, Aviation, Real Estate or Energy is advantageous.
