Job summary

techcarrot is seeking a hands-on GenAI & Agentic AI developer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions in Dubai. You will work across data, backend, and frontend to deliver scalable GenAI products using LLMs, RAG, and vector/graph databases.

You will collaborate with offshore teams, implement MLOps, and ensure governance, security, and reliability across the AI platform, delivering high-impact enterprise AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on understanding of LLMs, transformers, embedding, prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience building end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI products from development through production deployment.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, n8n, and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem or similar frameworks.
• Practical experience designing multi-agent architectures and orchestrating reasoning, retrieval, tools, and actions.
• Strong experience with Vector and Graph Databases, including Azure AI Search, Neo4j, and Databricks Vector Search.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Spark; hands-on React/JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Experience with large-scale AI/ML systems in production.
• Experience reviewing code and technical deliverables from offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade GenAI solutions using advanced LLMs.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise data.
• Design hybrid search architectures with Vector/Graph DBs (Azure AI Search, Neo4j, Databricks).
• Develop reusable AI components and frameworks for multiple enterprise AI use cases.
• Take ownership of end-to-end AI app development, from services to frontend interfaces.
• Coordinate and review offshore team work, ensuring quality and alignment.
• Develop APIs/backend services using Python; ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Cloud/Data teams for end-to-end delivery.
