Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI applications in a Dubai-based, on-site role. You will architect scalable back-end services, APIs, and AI workflows, and drive end-to-end AI solutions from concept to production in an enterprise setting.

You will work across teams to ensure robust data pipelines, microservices, and reliable AI capabilities within enterprise platforms, leveraging LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and modern MLOps

Qualifications

• Strong Python development and API design.
• Experience with FastAPI/Flask/Django.
• Experience building production-grade AI applications.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, LangChain concepts.
• Experience with data pipelines and microservices.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and MLOps.
• Ability to own AI products end-to-end.

Lead AI Engineer (AI/ML Engineering)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

We are hiring a Lead AI Engineer to join a major enterprise organization building a next generation AI capability. This is a highly hands on engineering role focused on designing, building, and deploying production grade AI applications at enterprise scale.

This is not a research or AI consulting role. We are looking for engineers who can take AI solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
