Job summary

Innovo Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Development/Marketing Manager with a strong technical background in switchgear systems (LV, MV, HV) and a proven track record in sales and market expansion across the UAE and GCC. The candidate will target utilities, oil & gas, construction and industrial sectors to drive revenue growth.

Key duties include identifying new opportunities, promoting LV/MV/HV switchgear, RMUs, ATS and panel boards; building relationships with consultants, EPC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in switchgear or electrical industry in GCC.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD strategies to expand market share in the UAE and GCC.
• Promote LV/MV/HV switchgear and related products to utilities and industry.
• Build and sustain relationships with consultants, EPCs and government entities.
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations and bid responses.
