Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking a proactive Product Manager to transform GCC inventory management, focusing on Forecasting and Buying to enable scalable growth across multiple markets. You will partner with SCOT, operations product teams, and GCC Retail to lead initiatives and translate complex data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in project management, consulting or supply chain.
• Strong planning organization skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management Economics Maths or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills with data-driven argumentation.
• Experience working with complex data sets.
• Business-focused thinking with hands-on results oriented mentality and ability to work strategically.
• Proven track record in taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced online environment.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver GCC initiatives to improve inventory buying decisions.
• Lead buying automation process improvement roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Audit unusual use cases and deliver root-cause solutions with category teams.
• Standardize SOPs for non automated scenarios and coordinate with RBS/Vendor Ops.
• Advocate for GCC priorities within the SCOT planning framework.
• Establish and monitor metrics to drive inventory management strategy.
• Stay informed about new tools and algorithms for scalable inventory management.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve inventory management and cash flow.
