DataMax AI is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for the Middle East to expand our Maximo-based solutions across the GCC region. The role emphasizes identifying new opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and driving growth in oil & gas, utilities, and facilities management sectors.

The candidate should have solid experience with Maximo EAM and strong client-facing capabilities, with a track record in enterprise software sales within the GCC.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Maximo EAM and its application in GCC industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs and position solutions accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth across the GCC region for DataMax AI’s Maximo-based solutions.
• Position DataMax AI’s products to meet Middle East client requirements and conduct product demonstrations.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet regional targets and maintain CRM records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies in the GCC.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report sales performance to management.
