Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Freelance Event Sales Manager to open doors with agencies, brands, event-tech firms, and venues across the UAE and GCC. You will register leads, brief clients, and help prepare quotations, typically delivering a same-day shortlist.

As a commission-only role, you set your own hours, with earnings tied to invoiced value and a year-long revenue tail from each client you introduce. This is an independent contractor engagement in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Existing network in UAE events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, hospitality or brand activations.
• Sell in events, staffing or related B2B services.
• Hold a valid UAE freelance permit or your own trade licence.
• Comfortable with commission-only work and no base salary.

Responsibilities

• Open doors with agencies, brands, event-tech firms, venues and organizers.
• Register each lead and the client brief in our system.
• Prepare quotations and shortlist profiles; usually the same day.
• Close deals and hand over; we deliver and invoice, you open the next door.
• You are not required to manage bookings or chase payments unless you choose to.
