Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Supervisor to oversee ACS automatic climbing system jump-form installation on core and shear walls, ensuring adherence to drawings, method statements and safety requirements. You will lead field teams and coordinate with site and safety personnel.

This role requires hands-on supervision of the climbing system, the 5-day cycle, material handling, dismantling at roof level, and proactive waste minimization across sites with GCC experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in GCC
• Experience supervising jump formwork systems
• Ability to supervise installation, erection and assembly per drawings and safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise ACS jump form installation, assembly and erection for core and shear walls per drawings, method statements and safety requirements.
• Coordinate work teams for safe installation, erection, and assembly of the ACS system.
• Supervise the electrical hydraulic climbing system and coordinate to ensure safe, synchronized jumps.
• Manage the 5-day jumping cycle for core walls and shear walls with Site and Safety teams to meet construction targets.
• Monitor ACS material usage and storage; report damaged or missing components.
• Supervise dismantling of the ACS jump form at roof level; ensure safe storage of components.
• Identify idle or surplus formwork materials and coordinate reuse to minimize wastage and costs.
• Minimum 3 years experience in GCC
