Job summary

Egis Group is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise on-site civil works including AACM projects, bridges and structures maintenance. You will lead site teams, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications, while coordinating labor, subcontractors and equipment to meet production targets.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent), 8+ years in civil works with 3+ years in bridges or structures, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil works with at least 3 years in bridges or structures maintenance.
• Proven experience on AACM projects and maintenance of bridges and structures.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and structural maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and method statements.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices and safety standards is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction and maintenance activities related to bridges, structures and associated works.
• Coordinate and direct site labor, subcontractors and equipment to achieve planned productivity.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements and specifications.
• Monitor repair, rehabilitation and maintenance works for bridges and structural elements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship and materials.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements at all times.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with engineers for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports and material usage logs.
• Support inspections, measurements and work verification activities.
• Ensure housekeeping, traffic safety and site discipline are maintained.
