Job summary

Terracotta Outsourcing is recruiting a hands-on Power Generation Project Manager to lead the delivery of major CCGT projects in the GCC. The role requires overseeing EPC Contractors and project companies, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality adherence while maintaining HSE and contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in power generation project delivery, GCC experience, and a PM role with direct ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in power generation/project delivery.
• Must have held a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role with 1–2 years of direct ownership.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale CCGT power projects in the GCC.
• GCC power generation project experience is mandatory.
• Experience with EPC Contractor environments and IPP/IWPP/Project Company exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of 2–3 power generation projects concurrently.
• Oversee EPC Contractors and Project Companies through construction and delivery phases.
• Monitor schedules, CAPEX/OPEX, risks, and deviations against plans.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address deviations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Support business development during bidding with project delivery inputs.
