Job summary

Caudalie in Dubai is seeking an Education Manager GCC to design and localize education strategies, streamline key messaging to grow brand awareness, and develop the education and sales of the field team across the GCC. The role requires active training development, travel within the GCC, and close collaboration with Retail and Business Development leaders.

• Experience developing, educating, and inspiring a sales team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to tailor trainings for diverse audiences across GCC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 3 seminars per year with the Business Developer and Retail Sales Manager.
• Create NPD education for 3 pre-seminars per year with the Global Director of Education.
• Visit the sales team to ensure education speech aligns with campaign strategy.
• Support BA/Marketing events and masterclasses with education content.
• Collaborate on education tools and training materials for Sephora staff.
• Coordinate onboarding trainings for new hires throughout the year.
• Manage travel and scheduling, including Dubai head office visits.
