Job summary

Caudalie in Dubai seeks a passionate Marketing & PR Manager for the GCC to drive brand awareness and execution across Sephora, caudalie.com, and Amazon. You’ll develop regional campaigns, adapt global tools, and lead in-store activations with cross-functional teams.

You will report to the Export Director and Finance/Marketing leadership, collaborating closely with Paris Head Office. Arabic fluency is a strong asset; 2–3 years’ cosmetics trade marketing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed.
• 2/3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Experience in cosmetics industry, trade marketing, PR, media and digital preferred.
• Middle East work experience and Arabic fluency are strong assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop GCC marketing, media and promotional campaigns for Sephora, caudalie.com and Amazon.
• Coordinate adaptation and execution of global marketing plans for the region.
• Translate and proofread global sales tools; create local content.
• Organize in-store activations, events and partnerships across GCC.
• Manage marketing budget and monitor spend; forecast and report results.
• Collaborate with Beauty Advisors to provide marketing tools for sales.
