Job summary

The role requires MBBS or equivalent, Specialist in Gastroenterology, UAE license, and at least 5 years of post-specialization experience, with strong endoscopy skills.

BLS mandatory; ACLS preferred. Deadline: 2026-10-31.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Specialist qualification in Gastroenterology.
• Valid UAE Specialist License/eligibility.
• Female Gastroenterologist preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience after specialization.
• Experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for gastrointestinal and hepatology conditions.
• Perform and interpret gastroenterology procedures including endoscopy and colonoscopy.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and continuing medical education.
