Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment - Careers is seeking a FX Sales Retention Agent with Korean in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role offers base salary plus commission with a full relocation package.

You will promote products, develop client relationships, convert leads, and provide exceptional service while staying updated on financial markets. Fluency in Korean and prior retention experience in Forex/CFD are required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Korean required (oral and written).
• Retention experience in Forex & CFD industry is mandatory.
• Computer literacy and comfort with targets and deadlines.
• Strong management capabilities and numerical aptitude.
• Excellent objection-handling and client-facing skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Korean both oral and written.
• Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
