TopTalent Recruitment - Careers is seeking a FX Sales Retention Agent fluent in Thai and English to join our Dubai team. This full-time role focuses on retaining clients in forex markets, promoting services, and converting high-quality leads into long-term customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Retention experience in the Forex/CFD industry is mandatory.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with trading platforms may be required.
• Ability to work under deadlines and hit targets.
• Good math and numeracy skills, with effective management capabilities.
• Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Remuneration: Base salary Commission (Full relocation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Thai & English both oral and written.
• Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
