TopTalent Recruitment is seeking an FX Sales Conversion Agent with Korean in Dubai to promote financial products, convert leads, and build lasting client relationships. The role is full-time with relocation assistance.

You will work with a multinational team, navigate Forex and CFD markets, meet targets, and deliver excellent service while staying updated on market developments.

Qualifications

• Must be native or fluent in Korean (spoken and written).
• Experience in Forex & CFD sales is mandatory.
• Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
• Able to work with deadlines and targets.
• Good math and basic management skills.
• Excellent objection-handling abilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Korean both oral and written.
• Previous Conversion Sales experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
