Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment - Careers is hiring a FX Sales Conversion Agent with Mandarin and English to join our Dubai team. The role requires converting high quality forex leads into loyal clients, maintaining strong relationships, and meeting sales targets while delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced financial environment.

The position offers a full relocation package, base salary plus commission, and a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written).
• Experience in Forex/CFD sales is mandatory.
• Proficient with computers and standard business software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Mandarin & English both oral and written.
• Previous conversion sales experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
