Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment - Careers is seeking a FX Sales Conversion Agent with Tagalog and English fluency to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on converting high quality forex leads into long-term clients while promoting our products and services.

Ideal candidates have mandatory experience in forex/cfd conversion sales, strong math skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and targets. A full relocation package is provided to support relocation to Dubai.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Tagalog and English (oral and written).
• Experience in forex/CFD conversion sales is mandatory.
• Computer literacy required.
• Ability to work with deadlines and targets.
• Strong mathematics and analytical skills.
• Excellent objection-handling skills.

Remuneration: Base salary Commission (Full relocation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Tagalog & English both oral and written.
• Previous Conversion Sales experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
