Qualifications

• Native or fluent Mandarin required.
• Experience in FX/CFD and retention roles.
• Sales-focused with strong negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with a target-driven environment.
• Experience with international broker teams.
• Familiar with trading platforms.
• Strong numerical/analytical thinking.
• CRM and office tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Promote FX and CFD products to prospects and clients.
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive retention.
• Convert high-quality leads into active clients.
• Increase upsell and cross-sell across portfolios.
• Deliver high-level customer service across the lifecycle.
• Stay updated on markets, conditions, and product updates.
• Work toward defined sales and retention targets.
