Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced FX Account Manager who speaks Russian to acquire and manage a portfolio of Russian-speaking clients. You will onboard, guide platform usage, and deliver a high-quality client experience in a target-driven environment.

The role requires forex/CFD broker experience, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to convert leads while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Russian and English fluency required, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years in account management, sales, retention, or conversion in a Forex/CFD broker.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
• Experience with MT4/MT5 and CRM systems.
• Proven track record of meeting acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
• Excellent client handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new Russian-speaking clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients with retention focus.
• Maintain trust through proactive follow-up and professional communication.
• Introduce clients to products, platforms, and service features.
• Support onboarding, including account opening, KYC, and platform setup.
• Follow up on dormant accounts to improve activation and retention.
• Promote campaigns and cross-sell opportunities where suitable.
• Provide market colour and platform education per internal policy.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Dealing, Support, Marketing, BD.
• Handle client concerns and escalations professionally.
• Achieve sales, retention, deposit, and revenue KPIs.
• Identify opportunities in the Russian-speaking market and partnerships.
