Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software for desktop and mobile apps, AI harness, and skills packages. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation.

This hands-on role offers room to shape tooling roadmaps and requires collaboration with engineers across a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualificações

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools or agents.
• Excellent English and ability to collaborate in a remote team.
• Proficient in Git and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents for engineering workflows.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled jobs to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated PR reviews; reduce noise and improve reviewer efficiency.
• Develop code quality scripts for complexity, size, dependencies, and performance.
• Improve development environments and release workflows for reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, document onboarding, and drive tool adoption.
