Job summary

Tether Operations Limited in Dubai seeks a hands-on Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams build reliable software for desktop and mobile, focusing on tooling, AI harness, and skills packages.

You will implement and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into workflows, ensure code quality and delivery automation, collaborate with a globally distributed team, and own improvements from design to adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate and maintain developer tools and AI agents including repository guidance and integrations.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated pull request reviews for accuracy and reduced noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts for complexity, function/file size, dependencies, and performance regressions.
• Collaborate with package owners on thresholds and targeted refactoring.
• Improve development environments, testing, and build/release workflows for reliable verification.
• Prioritize improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, measure effectiveness and costs.
• Example projects include agents that investigate CI failures, diagnose regressions, and flag changes that affect interfaces or architecture.
• You will choose and refine these workflows with the engineers who use them.
