Tether is seeking a Developer Productivity Engineer to help QVAC application teams build, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Focus on desktop and mobile apps, shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

This hands-on role lets you shape the tooling roadmap, collaborating with engineers to implement improvements, and driving faster feedback, automated checks, and dependable automation.

Qualifications

• Experience building developer tools or engineering automation.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools or agents.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing.
• Clear English communication in a remote, global team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows.
• Improve automated PR reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts for complexity, size, dependencies, performance.
• Improve development environments, testing, and build/release workflows.
• Prioritize improvements and document adoption with engineers.
