Job summary

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help the QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software for desktop and mobile platforms. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into workflows, and improve code quality and automation.

This hands-on role offers opportunities to shape the tooling roadmap, work with engineers to implement improvements, and deliver reliable, scalable tooling across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English within a remote, globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents in CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and operate agents in CI workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated PR reviews by reducing noise and improving accuracy.
• Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, size, dependencies, and performance.
• Improve development environments, testing, and release workflows for reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, document processes, and drive adoption of tooling.
