Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Tech Lead to own the Statements System, a PHP-based web application migrating from SQLite to PostgreSQL and deployed on AWS. You will guide front-end, back-end, and DB work, ensuring performance, security, and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities include migrating databases, refactoring APIs, deploying cloud infrastructure, and implementing CI/CD with monitoring.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full-stack development across front-end, back-end, and DB.
• Experience migrating databases (SQLite to PostgreSQL) and deploying to AWS.
• Experience with PHP-based APIs and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Statements System (front-end, back-end, and DB).
• Migrate from SQLite to PostgreSQL with data integrity and performance.
• Refactor and maintain PHP-based APIs and web interfaces.
• Deploy and manage the application in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring.
• Ensure security best practices across stack (web, DB, cloud).
• Support minor business logic changes in the statement calculation engine.
• Liaise with product and operations teams for ongoing improvements.
