Job summary

Indman in Dubai is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring. You will screen candidates, post job ads, build talent pipelines and partner with managers to fill vacancies.

You will manage reference checks, onboarding and stay current with industry trends to attract top talent. A Bachelor’s in HR and bulk-hiring experience are preferred, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in the Manpower / Agency
• Experience in bulk hiring
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for the position.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and source candidates through networking and referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
