Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring across the group, from housekeepers to specialists. You’ll source, screen, interview, extend offers and handover to onboarding, with ownership of time-to-fill and a live pipeline.

This is a fast-paced, ownership role with no HR admin, on-site in Dubai five days a week. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in UAE full-cycle recruitment, experience with blue-collar and office roles, and strong sourcing through

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment in UAE, hospitality/property/ops sector preferred.
• Proven track record filling blue-collar and office/specialist roles.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and UAE boards; direct outreach.
• Structured screener; defend shortlist decisions with data.
• Decisive operator who makes calls within remit and reports outcomes.
• Daily use of AI sourcing tools; UAE residency; on-site in Dubai.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for all vacancies across the group.
• Maintain a live time-to-fill pipeline; move every vacancy weekly.
• Conduct structured phone and in-person screenings.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports; track openings, sourcing, interviews, offers.
