• Lead teams of approximately 30 to 40 Operations Assistants, associates, and Delivery Service Provider personnel.
• Allocate employees according to workload, staffing availability, process requirements, and priorities.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate safety requirements, performance goals, and work assignments.
• Train, coach, and develop associates to improve capability and team performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators across fulfillment, inventory, and last-mile processes.
• Investigate missed targets, workflow delays, and operational exceptions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Gather employee feedback and elevate process problems.
• Maintain shift records and performance reports.
