Job summary

Fatherson International in Dubai is seeking an HSE Engineer to implement and monitor health, safety and environmental procedures on construction sites, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company HSE policies.

You will conduct site inspections, risk assessments, prepare RA/JSA/Method Statements, lead toolbox talks and trainings, investigate incidents, and coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH or equivalent certifications as required by the project.
• Experience in construction, MEP, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and site safety procedures.
• Strong communication, reporting, problem-solving, and inspection skills.
• UAE project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
