Job summary

Paddington Education in Dubai is seeking an EYFS FS1 Teacher to join our Early Years team. You will plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the British EYFS framework, while creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

You will observe and assess children, support early literacy and numeracy, and foster strong parent relationships. Collaboration with Teaching Assistants and a commitment to safeguarding are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised Early Years qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Experience teaching FS1 / 3–4 year olds.
• Excellent communication and classroom management.
• Warm, creative and child-centred approach.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and experienced EYFS FS1 Teacher to join our Early Years team in Dubai.

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the British EYFS framework
• Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
• Observe and assess children’s development and plan meaningful next steps
• Support early literacy, numeracy, communication, independence and PSED
• Maintain strong relationships and communication with parents
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider team
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and supervision

Requirements:

• Recognised Early Years qualification
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
• Previous experience teaching FS1 / children aged 3–4 years
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A warm, creative and child-centred approach
