Job summary

You will ensure freshness, quality, and appealing displays while driving sales growth and reducing waste. You will collaborate with store teams and supply chain to achieve operational excellence.

You will visit stores frequently, analyze performance data, and train staff on produce handling and waste reduction to maintain optimal assortment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 56 years experience in F&V retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of produce handling and merchandising.
• Analytical mindset with proven retail performance monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee freshness quality and attractive display of fruits & vegetables in assigned stores.
• Monitor and analyze sales wastage and assortment to hit business targets.
