Job summary

Momentum Corporate Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a Responsible Gaming Agent to safeguard players, monitor behaviour, and apply RG policies. This frontline role interacts with Support, Payments, and VIP teams to ensure compliant, compassionate customer interactions.

You will conduct risk assessments, document findings, and help refine RG processes within a regulated UAE gaming landscape. Fluency in English is required and two years' relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Responsible Gaming, Compliance, Customer Risk, or similar roles within gaming or financial sector.
• Familiarity with responsible gaming regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer behaviour to identify early indicators of potential problem gaming or elevated risk.
• Ensure RG cases are actioned and documented per procedures.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customers flagged by RG reports or monitoring tools.
• Deliver sensitive customer interactions in alignment with the RG framework.
• Maintain RG customer profiles with accurate record-keeping and audit trails.
• Support development of RG risk scoring models and intervention processes.
• Assist in evaluating and enhancing RG policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Payments, VIP teams, and others to resolve RG concerns.
• Promote responsible gaming awareness across the company and contribute to internal training initiatives.
