Job summary

Ezetop LLC is seeking an IT Support Engineer / Junior System Administrator to provide first-level IT support for our Dubai office. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, and basic Microsoft 365 administration in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to resolve issues across Windows and macOS, networks, and printers. An eager learner who can work independently will thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT Support or Help Desk experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS basics.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for Windows and macOS users.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi and VPN connectivity.
• Support printers, scanners, and network printers.
