Job summary

Kempinski Hotel Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth guest service, and support all hotel departments in delivering prompt, personalised experiences.

In the absence of the Front Office Manager, you will lead the team, coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security, and uphold Kempinski standards of safety, cleanliness and guest recognition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead and support Front Office staff in absence of manager.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and Butlers on Front Office matters.
• Ensure prompt, cordial guest attention and resolve related issues.
• Inspect guest arrivals, folios, and billing for accuracy; manage VIP arrivals.
