Career Nest Academy in Dubai (Downtown) invites a hospitality-focused Reception/Guest Relations professional to manage reservations, welcome guests, and present the restaurant's art and culture. The role emphasizes engaging with guests about art and Japanese culture, not just seating.

Ideal candidates have fine dining reception experience, strong English, and the ability to communicate across social channels. UAE residency is preferred; Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or guest relations in fine dining.
• Fluent in English; Japanese an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservation enquiries across telephone, WhatsApp and Instagram, with accurate system entry.
• Welcome and escort guests; own table allocation and reservation flow.
• Present the concept, the art and the Japanese culture behind the room.
• Maintain VIP guest information and relationships.
• Coordinate guest information with service, kitchen and management.
• Support marketing and deliver daily briefings.
