Job summary

The Career Nest seeks a polished receptionist/guest relations host for a premier Japanese Wagyu omakase in Downtown Dubai. You will own reservation flows, welcome guests, and articulate the concept and culture behind the room to every visitor.

Role requires fluency in English and experience with reservations platforms; Japanese is a plus. It is a vibrant, art-forward venue with an evening service schedule and a six-day work week.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or guest relations experience in fine dining.
• Fluent in a reservations system and comfortable across social channels.
• Genuinely engaging. This role talks to guests about art and culture, not only tables.
• Fluent in English; Japanese is an advantage. Already in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservation enquiries across telephone, WhatsApp and Instagram, with accurate system entry
• Welcome and escort guests; own table allocation and reservation flow
• Present the concept, the art and the Japanese culture behind the room
• Maintain VIP guest information and relationships
• Coordinate guest information with service, kitchen and management
• Support marketing and deliver daily briefings
