Job summary

Career Nest Academy in Downtown Dubai seeks a receptionist with a passion for guest relations in a fine dining setting. You will manage reservations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and telephone, welcome guests, allocate tables, and present the concept and art behind the room.

Fluent English is required; Japanese is a plus. The role includes coordinating with service/kitchen and marketing, with a six-day workweek and evening service only in a vibrant, arts-forward restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or guest relations experience in fine dining.
• Fluent in a reservations system and comfortable across social channels.
• English fluent; Japanese is an advantage. Already in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservation enquiries across telephone WhatsApp and Instagram with accurate system entry
• Welcome and escort guests; own table allocation and reservation flow
• Present the concept the art and the Japanese culture behind the room
• Maintain VIP guest information and relationships
• Coordinate guest information with service kitchen and management
• Support marketing and deliver daily briefings
