Job summary

Spinneys Dubai is seeking a sharp Fresh Produce Quality Inspector to ensure every fruit and vegetable shipment arriving at our central distribution hub meets quality standards before reaching shelves.

You will inspect incoming farm shipments, log wastage, and ensure compliance with local food grading laws, working in chilled bays at 4°C and liaising with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Identify hidden bruises and incorrect sizing on incoming shipments.
• Work full shifts in chilled receiving bays maintained at 4 degrees Celsius.
• Understand local municipality food grading laws to confidently reject substandard items.
• Log daily wastage reports and communicate with international suppliers.
